Saati ER5 Emulsion Remover – Stencil Reclaimer

Saati Remove ER5 is a ready-to-use liquid stencil reclaimer with a built-in degreaser. It breaks down all emulsion types and cuts the greasy film left after ink removal, prepping the mesh for better stencil adhesion next time.

How to use

Apply to both sides of the screen and let sit 1–2 minutes, scrub lightly to lift stubborn emulsion, then pressure-rinse from top to bottom. Use full-strength on tough stencils, or dilute up to 3:1 with water for easier reclaiming.

Wear gloves and eye protection; use with adequate ventilation. Review the Safety Data Sheet before use.
