Saati ER6 Concentrated Emulsion Remover

Saati Remove ER6 is a concentrated reclaimer that removes direct emulsion and capillary-film stencils — and textile ink — in a single step, with a built-in degreaser. Designed for dip-tank reclaiming of textile screens, it works with plastisol, water-based and solvent inks.

Dilution & use

Mix 1 part ER6 with 10 parts water by weight. Immerse or apply, allow the emulsion and ink to break down, then pressure-rinse thoroughly.

Wear gloves and eye protection; use with adequate ventilation. Review the Safety Data Sheet before use.
