Siser® ColorPrint™ HI-5 Matte Print & Cut Digital Media – 20" & 29.5"

Siser® ColorPrint™ Hi-5 Print Matte solves the problem every decorator hits with heat-sensitive garments: it applies at 250°F (120°C) in 5 seconds. That is low enough and fast enough to keep performance polyester, thin knits, and delicate fabrics from scorching or discoloring — and it moves a lot more shirts an hour than a 15 second press.

It is a polyurethane film at 85 microns (3.35 mils) with a flat matte surface, printable on solvent, eco-solvent, and latex machines. CPSIA certified and OEKO-TEX® approved, so it is safe on children's apparel.

Application Instructions

• Print, contour cut, and weed the design.
• Mask with TTD Easy Mask or TTD High Tack Mask.
• Preheat the garment for 2–3 seconds.
• Press at 250°F / 120°C for 5 seconds with medium pressure — or 302°F / 150°C on heavyweight fabrics.
• Peel the carrier hot.

Test press on your specific garment first. Platen temperature often differs from the display reading, and that matters more at 250°F than it does on a hotter film.

Care Instructions

• Wait 24 hours before the first wash.
• Machine wash warm or cold, inside out, with a mild detergent.
• Tumble dry on a normal setting.
• Do not bleach and do not dry clean.
