How to Use – Application & Curing Instructions:

🔹 Screen Printing Setup:

• Use a 110-230 mesh screen for optimal ink deposit and detail retention.
• A white underbase is recommended for printing on dark fabrics to enhance brightness.

🔹 Flashing & Curing:

• Flash at 250°F (121°C) for 3-5 seconds.
• Cure at 320-330°F (160-165°C) for maximum durability and flexibility.

🔹 Wash Durability:

• Proper curing ensures resistance to stretching, cracking, and multiple wash cycles.

Clean-Up & Storage:

✔ Recommended Cleaner: Use OPTIWASH 125 – Ink Remover for fast and efficient clean-up.
