STS® coated PET transfer film for direct-to-film printing, in cut sheets and wide-format rolls. Single-sided coating grips the printer rollers and cuts static, so you get clean prints without background artifacts or smudging — and sharp, saturated color release onto the garment.
Choosing a size

A4 — 8.5" x 11" sheets — desktop DTF printers, sampling, one-offs and small runs.

A3+ — 13" x 19" sheets — larger prints and multi-image gang sheets on desktop and mid-size machines.

24" x 100 m roll (325 ft) — wide-format production. Fewer media changes, best cost per print, built for gang-sheet workflows.

Usage notes

Print on the coated side only. Printing the uncoated side will not hold ink correctly.
- Best results with STS DTF inks and adhesive powder.
- Store cool and dry, out of direct sunlight and humidity. Keep sheets flat and rolls rolled to prevent curling.
Warranty
The STS printhead warranty requires the use of approved STS consumables — including this film — and a submitted warranty form. Coverage depends on correct media and ink use.
