Usage Instructions:

1. Daily Maintenance:

   • Clean Feed and Pressure Rollers: Lightly wipe the rollers with a lint-free cloth sprayed with isopropyl alcohol to remove any buildup.

   • Cartridge Maintenance: Use a lint-free cloth to remove any free ink from the ends of the cartridges before and after your daily print workflow.

2. End-of-Day Wet Capping:

   • Fill the Capping Station: Add the cleaning solution to the capping station to keep the printhead moist overnight.

   • Park the Printhead: Position the printhead over the capping station.

   • Power Down: Turn off the printer to allow the wet capping to maintain the printhead condition.

3. Periodic Maintenance:

   • Weekly Cleaning: Clean the wiper blade and the surrounding area to prevent ink buildup.

   • Monthly Tasks: Lubricate the carriage guide rails and bearings, and clean the encoder strip with isopropyl alcohol using a lint-free cloth.

   • Every Three Months: Flush the ink delivery system using the Long Store option in your Mutoh Status Monitor (MSM) remote panel.Storage Instructions:
