STS cleaning solution for Mutoh VJ-628 DTF systems. Used for flushing lines, soaking capping stations, and cleaning printheads during maintenance and shutdown.
Why this matters more on DTF than anything else
DTF white ink contains titanium dioxide pigment, and it settles. A machine left sitting without proper flushing will clog — and a clogged printhead is the single most expensive failure on a DTF line. Regular cleaning is not optional maintenance; it's the cheapest insurance you can buy on the printer.

Use
- Flush ink lines before extended downtime.
- Soak the capping station and wiper to clear dried ink.
- Clean the printhead surface and surrounding area per your printer's maintenance schedule.
- For use with direct-to-film systems only.
Warranty
Use of approved STS consumables is required to maintain the STS printhead warranty, and the warranty form must be completed and returned. Printhead damage caused by inadequate maintenance is not covered.

- Wear nitrile gloves and eye protection when handling. Avoid prolonged skin contact.
- Use in a well-ventilated area.
- Store sealed, cool, and out of direct sunlight. Keep away from heat and ignition sources.
