The Vastex BigRed 4D Infrared Conveyor Dryer is a high-volume curing system for automatic screen printing and DTG production. It cures DTG/digital inks, plastisol, water-based and discharge prints, and comes in 30" or 54" belt widths with single- or 3-phase power (440–480V upgrade available).

BigRed 4D V30 — 30" belt, four 24" heaters, 11,400W. Up to 475 plastisol / 216 water-based / 72 DTG-white garments per hour.

BigRed 4D V54 — 54" belt, four 48" heaters, 22,800W. Up to 950 plastisol / 432 water-based / 144 DTG-white garments per hour.
"SD" configurations add an 18" front conveyor extension and wheel set for easy loading and mobility.

- High-powered pre-heat zone drives ink past 300°F within the first inches of travel for faster belt speeds.
- Dual digital PID temperature controls (±1°F) with densely coiled heaters for uniform infrared heat — no cold spots or under-curing.
- Air-intake fans cool the outer shell while preheating incoming air; exhaust fan removes heat, moisture and fumes.
- Exhaust-flow sensors with warning lights, a status light tower, and cool-down mode for safe shutdown.
- Adjustable side-mounted heaters, heavy-duty casters, easy-clean filters; expandable with modular heating chambers and belt extensions.
