Vastex EconoRed Infrared Conveyor Dryer

The Vastex EconoRed Infrared Conveyor Dryer is a high-production infrared conveyor dryer for screen printers curing plastisol, water-based and discharge inks, plus DTF transfers. Every model has a 30" (76 cm) belt, digital PID temperature control (±1°F), the X-Series belt tracking system, a focused top-mounted exhaust, and 2–7" adjustable belt-to-heater height. Expandable with add-on heat chambers and belt extensions.

• EconoRed II – 7,200W — 2 × 3,600W heaters; up to ~300 plastisol garments/hr.
• EconoRed III – 10,800W — 3 × 24" heaters; up to ~475 plastisol / 100 water-based garments/hr.
• EconoRed VI – 15,600W — 13¼' chamber; up to ~900+ plastisol garments/hr.
