- Model ER-III-54 Specifications: Features a 54 in. (137 cm) wide belt and three 48 in. (122 cm) wide heaters (total 21,600 watts), capable of curing up to 950 plastisol-printed garments/hour, or 300 garments/hour with water-based ink or discharge.
- Deluxe Model Enhancements: The Deluxe version of ECONORED-III 54 DELUXE 240V 3P includes adjustable side-mounted heaters, increasing the “cure zone” to 48 inches, heavy-duty drop-down wheels for mobility, and an 18 in. (46 cm) front conveyor extension for easier garment loading.
- Scalable Design: Capacity can be doubled, tripled, or quadrupled by adding modular heating chambers and conveyor belt extensions as needed.
