3D High-Density Plastisol Ink – 61 Colors – Raised Print for Cotton, Polyester & Blends

3D High-Density Plastisol Ink is built to be printed thick. Through a capillary-film stencil it stacks up off the shirt with sharp vertical edges — a raised, molded look you can feel, the kind used on premium streetwear, team numbers and hard-edged logos.

What makes it 3D

This is not a puff ink — it doesn't rise with heat. It builds height by deposit: thick ink pushed through a thick stencil, cured square. The result has crisp, near-vertical walls instead of the rounded dome puff gives you.

Printing high-density — this ink is technique-dependent

• Capillary film builds the height. Use thick cap film (or stacked emulsion) on the screen — typically 200–400+ microns. The stencil thickness is the print height.
• Coarse mesh. 60–86. You're pushing a lot of ink through.
• Sharp-edged squeegee, single firm stroke. Fill the stencil, shear clean.
• Flash between multiple hits if you're stacking for extra height.
• Cure all the way through. A thick deposit needs longer dwell to reach 320°F at the base.

Always test cure temperature with a donut probe or temp strip. A thick high-density deposit is the easiest print to under-cure — the surface can read done while the base is still raw. Give it the dwell time.

• Avoid prolonged skin contact — wash with soap and water
• Do not eat, drink or smoke while handling
• Use with adequate ventilation, particularly at the dryer
• Do not pour unused ink back into the container
• Dispose of in accordance with local, state and federal regulations
• Refer to the Safety Data Sheet before use
