Printing Process:
✔ Use a Sharp-Edge Squeegee (70-75 durometer) for clean ink deposit.
✔ Print with Heavy Pressure to push ink through the thick stencil.
✔ Flash Cure at 220°F - 250°F (104°C - 121°C) for 3-5 seconds.
Curing Process:
✔ Final Cure at 320°F - 330°F (160°C - 165°C) for 30-40 seconds.
✔ The 3D effect fully expands during curing.
✔ Avoid overheating to prevent flattening the raised effect.
✔ Use OPTIWASH 125 - Ink Remover for fast and efficient screen cleaning.
✔ Store at 65-90°F (18-32°C) for optimal ink performance.
✔ Avoid direct sunlight and extreme heat exposure.
✔ Use within one year of manufacture for best results.
