Bleed Resistant Plastisol Ink – 62 Colors – For 50/50 Cotton-Poly Blends

Bleed Resistant Plastisol Ink is made for the fabric that ruins prints: 50/50 cotton-poly blends. The polyester in a blend gasses off dye under heat and migrates up into your ink — a white turns pink, a yellow turns orange, days after the shirt ships. This series has a built-in blocker that stops it.

What bleed resistance actually does

The dye in a 50/50 blend is the enemy. As the print cures, disperse dye in the polyester turns to gas and rises into the ink film. Bleed Resistant carries a blocking agent that traps that dye before it reaches the surface — so the color you printed is the color that stays.

Always wash-test a sample from new fabric before a production run. Dye migration can take 24–72 hours to show — a print that looks perfect off the press can bleed overnight. Test cure temperature with a donut probe; under-curing weakens the bleed block.

• Avoid prolonged skin contact — wash with soap and water
• Do not eat, drink or smoke while handling
• Use with adequate ventilation, particularly at the dryer
• Do not pour unused ink back into the container
• Dispose of in accordance with local, state and federal regulations
