Athletic Plastisol Ink – 62 Colors – Low-Cure Bleed Resistant for 100% Polyester

Athletic Plastisol Ink is built for the fabric that fights back: 100% polyester and performance wear. It cures at a lower temperature and resists dye migration, so the shirt's own dye can't bleed up through your print and turn a white into a pink two days later.

Why polyester needs its own ink

Polyester is dyed with disperse dyes that turn to gas under heat and migrate into whatever you print on top. A standard ink cured at 320°F makes it worse. Athletic solves it two ways:

• Low cure — 270°F. Less heat means less dye gassing off in the first place.
• Bleed resistant. A built-in blocker stops the dye that does migrate from reaching the surface.

Two whites

• White — the standard athletic white underbase and printer.
• White Fast Flash — heavier body that flashes faster on press for quicker multi-color production.

Cure hot and you lose the bleed resistance. The whole point of this ink is the low cure — running it at 320°F like a standard plastisol drives the polyester dye up into the print. Test with a donut probe and keep it at 270°F. Always wash-test a sample from a new fabric before a production run — dye migration can take 24–72 hours to show.

Safety & handling

• Avoid prolonged skin contact — wash with soap and water
• Do not eat, drink or smoke while handling
• Use with adequate ventilation, particularly at the dryer
• Do not pour unused ink back into the container
• Dispose of in accordance with local, state and federal regulations
