Sport Plastisol Ink is a bleed-resistant ink built for 100% polyester and athletic fabrics — jerseys, uniforms, moisture-wicking and performance wear. It holds back the dye migration that ruins prints on synthetics, so your color stays the color you printed.

Always wash-test a sample from new polyester before a production run. Dye migration can take 24–72 hours to appear — a print that looks clean off the press can bleed overnight. Test cure with a donut probe.

We are a Pantone® certified company. Our proprietary UMX (Ultimate Mixing System) matches any Pantone® color — in plastisol, solvent, UV or water-based ink.

Safety & handling

• Keep out of reach of children
• Avoid prolonged skin contact — wash with soap and water
• Do not eat, drink or smoke while handling
• Use with adequate ventilation, particularly at the dryer
• Do not pour unused ink back into the container
• Dispose of in accordance with local, state and federal regulations
• Refer to the Safety Data Sheet before use
