Franmar® Ink + Emulsion Remover - One Step Clear

One Step Clear™ Ink + Emulsion Remover is formulated for use in dip tanks, removing ink and emulsion from screens in a single step that takes as little as three to five minutes. The versatile, eco-friendly formula works on plastisol, UV and water-based inks and removes all types of emulsion, stencil and capillary film — replacing a two-product, two-stage reclaim with one soak.

How to use: Fill the dip tank with One Step Clear and submerge screens for three to five minutes. Remove and rinse thoroughly with pressurized water. When the solution is finally spent, add Franmar’s One Step Clear™ Neutralizer Powder to bring the pH to neutral for safer drain disposal — always confirm your local wastewater requirements first.

Typical uses: High-volume screen reclaiming in a dip tank; shops looking to collapse ink removal and emulsion removal into one operation.

Safety & Handling

• Handling: Use in a well-ventilated area. Wear chemical-resistant gloves and eye protection; a face shield is recommended when filling or emptying a dip tank. Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact and wash thoroughly after handling. Keep out of reach of children.
• Storage: Store in the original, tightly sealed container in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and away from heat and sources of ignition. Keep dip tanks covered when not in use. Do not allow to freeze.
