Franmar® Bean-E-Doo Plastisol Ink Remover

BEAN•e•doo® Plastisol Ink Remover is the product that revolutionised screen printing clean-up. Its soy-based formula eliminated the need for mineral spirits and other toxic solvents that shops had relied on to remove ink. BEAN•e•doo’s safer, effective chemistry cleans screens quickly and easily while reducing the hazards of reclaiming to both workers and the environment.

How to use: Pour or spray a small amount of BEAN•e•doo onto the screen and scrub with a Biggee™ scrub pad or soft brush. Repeat on the back of the screen image, then rinse both sides of the screen with pressurized water. Follow with an emulsion remover if you are reclaiming the screen.

Typical uses: Removing plastisol ink before reclaiming; general screen washing in textile shops; card and squeegee clean-up.

Available sizes: Quart, Gallon and 5 Gallon.

Safety & Handling

• Handling: Use in a well-ventilated area. Wear chemical-resistant gloves and eye protection. Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact and wash thoroughly after handling. Keep out of reach of children.
• Storage: Store in the original, tightly sealed container in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and away from heat and sources of ignition. Do not allow to freeze.
