Franmar® Aqua-Wash Water-Based Ink Remover

Aqua•Wash™ Water-Based Ink Remover saves screens by cleaning dried water-based ink out of mesh that could not otherwise be cleaned and reused — and it does it without harsh chemicals. It removes all types of water-based ink, virtually eliminates mesh ghosting, and doubles as a screen opener while the screen is still on press. Spend more time printing and less time cleaning.

How to use: Pour or spray Aqua•Wash onto the screen and scrub with a Biggee™ scrub pad or soft brush. Repeat on the back of the screen image, then rinse both sides of the screen with pressurized water. Note: do not use Aqua•Wash to keep water-based ink wet in the screen for continuous printing.

Typical uses: Water-based and discharge ink clean-up; rescuing screens with dried-in water-based ink; opening clogged mesh on press.

Available sizes: Quart, Gallon and 5 Gallon.

Safety & Handling

• Handling: Use in a well-ventilated area. Wear chemical-resistant gloves and eye protection. Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact and wash thoroughly after handling. Keep out of reach of children.
• Storage: Store in the original, tightly sealed container in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and away from heat and sources of ignition. Do not allow to freeze.
