Franmar® Wash-Away Solvent Ink Remover

Stop using acetone, mineral spirits and other volatile formulas to clean solvent-based inks. Wash•Away™ Solvent Ink Remover is an easy-to-use, effective replacement made with American-grown soybeans — it cuts solvent-based ink without the flash-off, the fumes or the handling headaches of traditional shop solvents.

• Removes solvent-based inks from mesh, squeegees and tools

How to use: Pour or spray a small amount onto the screen and scrub with a Biggee™ scrub pad or soft brush. Repeat on the back of the screen image and rinse both sides of the screen with pressurized water. Note: do not let Wash•Away sit on the adhesive holding the mesh to the frame.

Typical uses: Graphic and industrial screen printing with solvent-based inks; squeegee, flood bar and tool clean-up.

Available sizes: Quart, Gallon and 5 Gallon.

Safety & Handling

• Handling: Use in a well-ventilated area. Wear chemical-resistant gloves and eye protection. Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact and wash thoroughly after handling. Keep out of reach of children.
• Storage: Store in the original, tightly sealed container in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and away from heat and sources of ignition. Do not allow to freeze.
