Franmar® UV Ink Remover

Don’t reach for harsh solvents like acetone or mineral spirits to clean up your environmentally friendly UV inks. Franmar® UV Ink Remover is purpose-built for UV-curable inks, cutting them cleanly out of the mesh with a safer, lower-odor chemistry that matches the way modern UV shops want to work.

• Formulated specifically for UV-curable inks
• Replaces acetone and mineral spirits at the wash-out booth
• Low-odor and slow-evaporating, so it stays working on the screen
• Effective on both press-side touch-ups and full screen wash-down

How to use: Pour or spray a small amount onto the screen and scrub with a Biggee™ scrub pad or soft brush. Repeat on the back of the screen image and rinse both sides of the screen with pressurized water. Follow with an emulsion remover if reclaiming.

Typical uses: UV screen printing on graphics, plastics and industrial substrates; UV ink clean-up on press and in the wash-out booth.

Available sizes: Quart, Gallon and 5 Gallon.

Safety & Handling

• Handling: Use in a well-ventilated area. Wear chemical-resistant gloves and eye protection. Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact and wash thoroughly after handling. Keep out of reach of children.
• Storage: Store in the original, tightly sealed container in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and away from heat and sources of ignition. Do not allow to freeze.
