Glow in the Dark Plastisol Ink – Green & Aqua – 4-Hour Glow

Glow in the Dark Plastisol Ink (PFPH Series) charges under light and glows for up to 4 hours in the dark. It's a phosphorescent specialty ink for concert and event apparel, Halloween, novelty and night-visibility prints — the design that keeps working after the lights go out.

2 glow colors — Green and Aqua. Pint, quart, gallon and 5 gallon. Made in Hackensack, New Jersey.

The two glows

• Green Glow — the classic, brightest phosphorescent glow with the longest afterglow.
• Aqua Glow — a blue-green glow for a cooler effect.

Printing glow-in-the-dark — what matters

• Lay it down thick. The glow comes from the phosphorescent particle — more deposit, more glow. Around 110 mesh for a full deposit.
• Print it last, on top. The particle has to sit on the surface to absorb and release light.
• Best over a white underbase on dark garments — it lifts both the daytime color and the charge.
• Charge it. Expose the finished print to bright light before showing the effect — the glow is strongest in full darkness after a good charge.
• Stir before use — the particle settles.

The glow is most visible in complete darkness after full light exposure. Always test cure temperature with a donut probe.

We are a Pantone® certified company. Our proprietary UMX (Ultimate Mixing System) matches any Pantone® color — in plastisol, solvent, UV or water-based ink. Standard turnaround 48–72 hours, evaluated under professional D50 lighting. Free software: umxsystem.com.

• Do not eat, drink or smoke while handling
• Use with adequate ventilation, particularly at the dryer
• Do not pour unused ink back into the container
