Fluorescent Plastisol Ink – Neon Day-Glow Collection

Bold, high-visibility neon that pops under daylight and glows under UV and blacklight. Phthalate-free, high-opacity, smooth to print, and durable wash after wash. Built for event apparel, athletic wear, concert and festival merch, safety garments and any UV-reactive design.

Printing fluorescent — the one rule that matters

Fluorescent color needs a white underbase on any dark or colored garment. Neon pigment is translucent — print it straight onto black and it disappears. Lay down white first, then the fluorescent on top, and it lights up. On white and light garments you can print it direct.

• Mesh 110 for maximum deposit and brightness
• One or two strokes depending on the opacity you want
• White underbase on darks, always
• Do not over-flash — excess heat dulls the neon

Fluorescent pigments can vary slightly batch to batch — for a large multi-run job, order enough of one batch to finish it. Always test cure with a donut probe.

We are a Pantone® certified company. Our proprietary UMX (Ultimate Mixing System) matches any Pantone® color — in plastisol, solvent, UV or water-based ink.

Safety & handling

• Keep out of reach of children
• Avoid prolonged skin contact — wash with soap and water
• Do not eat, drink or smoke while handling
• Use with adequate ventilation, particularly at the dryer
• Do not pour unused ink back into the container
• Dispose of in accordance with local, state and federal regulations
• Refer to the Safety Data Sheet before use
