Nylon Plastisol Ink – 16 Colors – Bleed Resistant, For Nylon & Polyester

Nylon Plastisol Ink (PFNP Series) bonds aggressively to nylon, polyester and coated fabrics — jackets, bags, athletic gear, performance wear. High opacity, bleed-resistant, and soft enough that the print does not stiffen the garment.

Read this first: catalyst required

This ink needs a Nylon Catalyst to bond to nylon. Add 15–20% catalyst by weight.

Mix only what you will print today. Once catalyzed, the ink starts to cure in the bucket. It will harden, and hardened ink cannot be recovered — not by stirring, not by reducer.

Mixed too much? The ink is not wasted. Un-catalyzed ink from the same bucket prints fine as a general all-purpose plastisol on cotton and blends. It simply will not bond to nylon without the catalyst. So order what you need for the nylon job — whatever you do not catalyze still earns its keep on the next cotton run.

How to run it

Catalyst	15–20% by weight — required for nylon adhesion
Pot life	Single session. Mixed ink hardens and cannot be reused.
Mesh	110–160 for best opacity and coverage
Squeegee	65–75 durometer, medium to firm pressure
Stroke	Medium flood, firm print stroke for an even deposit
Flash	250°F (121°C) for 3–5 seconds
Cure	320–330°F (160–165°C) for 40–50 seconds
Post-press	A quick double press improves durability
Storage	65–90°F (18–32°C), cool and dry

Handling
