IMPORTANT MIXING INSTRUCTIONS:
This ink requires a Nylon Catalyst for proper adhesion.

Catalyst Mix Ratio: Add 15% - 20% catalyst by weight.

Mix Only What You Need: Once the catalyst is added, the ink will harden over time. Do not mix more than you can use within your printing session. Unused mixed ink will become unusable.
Application Guidelines:

Mesh Count: 110–160 for best opacity and coverage.

Flash Temperature: 250°F (121°C) for 3-5 seconds.

Curing Temperature: 320°F - 330°F (160°C - 165°C) for 40-50 seconds.

Squeegee: 65-75 durometer, medium to firm pressure.

Printing Technique: Medium flood stroke with a firm print stroke for even ink deposit.

Post-Pressing: A quick double press is recommended for enhanced durability.
Safety & Storage Recommendations:
- Store in a cool, dry place between 65-90°F (18-32°C).
- Use proper protective gloves and ventilation while handling.
- Do not leave mixed ink exposed to air for extended periods—hardened ink cannot be reused.
