Mesh Screen Recommendations:
- Suggested Mesh: For optimal results, we recommend using a 60 – 95 mesh screen with the Reflective Series inks.
Curing Instructions:
- Flash: Flash at 220°F (105°C) for 3 – 5 seconds.
- Cure: Final cure at 320°F (160°C) to ensure durability and a reflective finish.
Clean-Up:
- Recommended Cleaner: Use OPTIWASH 125 – Ink Remover for quick and effective clean-up after printing.
Storage Information:
- Temperature Control: Store at 65-90°F (18-32°C) to maintain ink quality. Avoid direct sunlight. Best used within one year of the manufacturing date.
