Saati Remove ER13 – Super-Concentrated Emulsion Remover (Gallon)

Saati Remove ER13 is a super-concentrated liquid emulsion remover for all stencil types, built for automatic reclaim machines and high-volume recycling. It is highly dilutable, nozzle-safe, and won't crystallize or clog spray jets — letting shops dial in dilution to match production.

Dilution & use

For a full-strength spray solution, dilute 1:40 by volume (1:25 by weight); it can be taken up to 1:150 by volume (1:100 by weight). Not recommended for dip-tank use. After ink removal, apply, let the emulsion break down, then pressure-rinse.
