Saati DW3 Textile Emulsion – Water-Resistant Screen Printing Emulsion - Quart

Saati DW3 is a water-resistant diazo textile emulsion for garment and textile printing with plastisol and water-based inks. At 42% solids with medium viscosity, it is an economical, dependable choice for apparel shops, giving good definition and build. Harden with Saati Fixer 9 for a permanent, waterproof stencil that runs longer.

How to use

Sensitize with the supplied diazo, coat a clean, degreased screen, dry in the dark, then expose. For maximum water resistance, treat the finished stencil with Fixer 9. Reclaim with a standard Saati emulsion remover.
