Saati Fixer 9 – Stencil Hardener & Water Resistance Enhancer

Saati Fixer 9 is a stencil hardener that boosts a stencil's water resistance and durability for longer press runs. It acts as a catalyst with Saati triple-cure emulsions (Ceramic HT, Textil HT, Vitrum HT) to make a permanent, solvent- and water-resistant stencil, and as a hardener for water-resistant emulsions such as Textil DW — giving more impressions per screen against water-based and solvent inks.

How to use

Spray-mist evenly onto both sides of the dry stencil, spread with a sponge or cloth over the emulsion, and remove excess to avoid drips. Let it absorb and dry, then cure overnight at room temperature or 1–2 hours at 180–190°F in a drying cabinet.

Wear gloves and eye protection; use with adequate ventilation. Review the Safety Data Sheet before use.
