Saati HU-MP Emulsion – Blue Screen Printing Emulsion - Quart

Saati HU-MP is a blue dual-cure emulsion for both textile and graphics work, compatible with UV-cured, plastisol, solvent-based and water-based inks. Controlled particle size gives excellent print definition on any mesh, and it dries tack-free — without the stickiness common to dual-cure emulsions — for clean handling and fine detail. Around 39% solids with a long shelf life and no diazo staining.

How to use

Sensitize as directed, coat a clean, degreased screen, dry in the dark, then expose. Reclaim with a standard Saati emulsion remover.

Wear gloves and eye protection; use with adequate ventilation. Review the Safety Data Sheet before use.
