Test Squares – 500 Sheet Box

Test squares are pre-cut fabric sheets for checking a print before you commit a garment to it. Pull a proof on a test square instead of a blank and you catch registration, ink deposit, and cure problems without ruining stock.

What they're for

• Registration checks before a production run
• Ink opacity and coverage on light vs. dark fabric
• Cure and wash testing — run a square through the dryer and wash-test it
• Color approval samples for customers
• Training new press operators without burning through blanks

Choosing color

Test on the color closest to the garment you're printing. White shows ink color accurately and is right for checking registration and detail. Black is what you need for testing underbase and white opacity — an ink that looks solid on white can turn out thin and grey on dark fabric.

Sizes

• 14" x 16" — standard front-print area, fits most pallets
• 16" x 18" — larger prints and oversize front designs

Each box contains 500 sheets.
