UMX® Mixing Colors – 18 Pantone® Mixing Colors

UMX Mixing Colors are the 18 base colors of our Ultimate Mixing System — mix any Pantone® shade in your own shop, repeatably, batch after batch.

We are a Pantone® certified company. The same system we use to match color for you is the one you get here, and the software is free.

How it works

1. Download Ultimate Mixing System 4.0 free at umxsystem.com — desktop and mobile.
2. Enter the Pantone® number. The software gives you the formula.
3. Weigh out the mixing colors and UMX Mixing White to the formula.
4. Print. Next month, same number, same color.

Substrate

Formulated for spot color on 100% cotton. Semi-transparent by design — requires a white underbase on dark garments for true color.

How to run it

Mesh	110–230
Squeegee	65–75 durometer
Stencil	Water-resistant emulsion
Flash	230°F (110°C) for 4–7 seconds
Cure	320°F (160°C) for 30–45 seconds
Underbase	Required on darks — use BR Series for bleed resistance on dark polyester
Clean-up	Ink degradant or press wash
Shelf life	12 months from manufacture
