How to Use Plastisol Transfer Adhesion Powder

1. Print the Transfer: Print the plastisol ink design in reverse on transfer paper or film.
2. Apply the Powder:
   • While the ink is still wet, sprinkle or dip the transfer into the adhesion powder.
   • Shake off excess powder to ensure an even, thin coating.
3. Cure the Powdered Transfer:
   • Heat cure at 320°F (160°C) for 30-40 seconds until the powder melts into the ink.
4. Heat Press Application:
   • Position the transfer onto the garment.
   • Press at 300°F - 325°F for 8-12 seconds with medium pressure.
   • Peel hot or cold based on the desired transfer type.
