Franmar® D-Grease Screen Degreaser

D•GREASE™ Screen Degreaser is tough on solvent residues and easy on the environment. Its fast-drying formula strips the oils, fingerprints and solvent film left on mesh after ink and emulsion removal — contamination that is one of the most common causes of pinholes, fisheyes and premature stencil breakdown.

How to use: Wet both sides of the screen and apply D•GREASE. Scrub both sides with a soft brush or Biggee™ scrub pad, working carefully along the frame edges to lift all contaminants. Rinse both sides of the screen thoroughly with water and allow to dry fully before coating with emulsion.

Typical uses: Final step of the screen reclaiming cycle; preparing new mesh before the first emulsion coat; removing haze-remover residue prior to re-coating.

Available sizes: Quart, Gallon and 5 Gallon.

Safety & Handling

• Handling: Use in a well-ventilated area. Wear chemical-resistant gloves and eye protection. Avoid prolonged or repeated skin contact and wash thoroughly after handling. Keep out of reach of children.
• Storage: Store in the original, tightly sealed container in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight and away from heat and sources of ignition. Do not allow to freeze.
