Photochromic Orange Plastisol Ink is a color-changing ink — it prints near-clear/white indoors and activates to a vivid orange in sunlight and UV, then reverses back when you step inside. It cures at 320–350°F, is bleed-resistant with great stretch, and prints on cotton and 50/50 blends. CPSIA-compliant and phthalate-free, made in Hackensack, New Jersey.

Always run a test print first. Before any production run, print and fully cure a test on your exact garment and check the effect, opacity, hand and wash-fastness. It's the best habit in the shop — if you're not sure on settings, call us at 201-487-9600 before you run the job.
