We expertly coat and burn each screen using our proprietary house brand emulsion, applied with a precise 2/2 coating technique. This ensures that your finished screens deliver exceptional detail and definition, perfect for even the most intricate designs and halftones.
To ensure your project achieves the highest quality, please specify the type of ink you plan to use in the comment section when ordering. We will match the emulsion to your ink type for optimal performance.

Artwork Submission Guidelines:
- Maximum Artwork Size: The artwork size is determined by the screen dimensions. The maximum size is calculated by subtracting 8 inches from both the width and height of your screen.
- File Preparation: Ensure your artwork is color-separated. Submit it as one file with colors in layers, or as separate files. Vector files should be set to the correct size on your canvas and saved as .pdf, .ai, or .eps. Raster images should be at least 350 DPI and saved as .psd, .tiff, or .jpg.
Production Timeline:
- Standard Production Time: 2-3 business days after receiving properly formatted artwork. Orders placed after 3:30 PM will begin production the next business day.
- Larger Screens: For screens larger than 25×36, production may take up to 5 business days.
