Artwork Guidelines: For the best results, follow these artwork preparation guidelines:
- Maximum Artwork Size: The maximum artwork size is calculated by subtracting 8 inches from both the width and height of your screen. For example, on an 18×20 screen, the maximum artwork size is 14″ x 12″.
- File Preparation: Separate your artwork by color. Submit as a single layered file or multiple files. For vector artwork, ensure it’s set to the correct size and save in .pdf, .ai, or .eps formats. For raster images, use a minimum resolution of 350 DPI and save as .psd, .tiff, or .jpg.
Production Details:
- Standard Production Time: 2-3 business days after we receive properly formatted artwork. Orders received after 3:30 PM start production the next business day.
- Large Screens: Production time for screens larger than 25×36 may extend up to 5 business days.
