Details:
For single-color prints, the best results are achieved on white or light substrates. When printing on dark cotton, we recommend using a single white base plate or a print-flash-print technique with lower mesh screens for enhanced coverage. For bleed resistance, particularly on dark fabrics, use an under base white such as our 5 Star Bright White.
Curing Instructions:
- Flash: Flash at 250°F (121°C) for 3 – 5 seconds.
- Cure: Final cure at 320°F (160°C) – 330°F (165°C) for long-lasting, durable prints.
Clean-Up:
- Recommended Cleaner: Use OPTIWASH 125 – Ink Remover for efficient clean-up after printing.
Storage Information:
- Temperature Control: Store at 65-90°F (18-32°C) to maintain the quality and performance of the ink. Avoid direct sunlight. Best used within one year of the manufacturing date.
