Product Details:
The HO Series is ideal for single-color prints on 100% cotton substrates,. This ink’s high opacity ensures vibrant color on both light and dark fabrics with a print-flash-print process. For multi-color prints, using a white base on dark substrates is recommended to save time and ensure consistent color output. If bleed resistance is required, consider using an under base white, such as our 5 Star Bright White.
Curing Instructions:
Flash: Flash at 250°F (121°C) for 3 – 5 seconds.
Cure: Final cure at 320°F (160°C) – 330°F (165°C) to ensure durability and longevity of the print.
Clean-Up:
Recommended Cleaner: Use OPTIWASH 125 – Ink Remover for quick and effective clean-up after printing.
Storage Information:
Temperature Control: Store the ink at 65-90°F (18-32°C) to maintain its quality. Avoid exposure to direct sunlight.
Shelf Life: For best results, use within one year of the manufacturing date.
