Hotronix® Power Platen Family

The Hotronix® Power Platen is a specialty lower platen designed to heat garments from below, reducing the need for excessive heat from the upper platen. This innovative approach prevents scorching on heat-sensitive materials like polyester, tri-blends, and performance fabrics while ensuring smooth, high-quality heat transfers.

Equipped with a built-in heat printing pillow, the Power Platen conforms to any substrate, allowing for even pressure and heat distribution across challenging areas such as buttons, zippers, and seams.

Designed for maximum versatility, the Power Platen is fully threadable when used with a Heat Press Caddie, making garment loading faster and more precise. It is compatible with Hotronix® 16" x 20" Auto Clam, MAXX® Clam, and Air Fusion IQ™ heat presses. However, it is not compatible with Fusion IQ™ or draw presses.
