Ideal for:
- Stock Use: 100% Cotton, 50% Cotton / 50% Polyester
- Transfer Sheets: Screen print your image onto a hot peel plastisol ink transfer sheet. For multiple colors, pre-shrink the transfer sheets by running them through your dryer before printing and flashing between colors. Print your design mirrored and in reverse color order when printing multiple colors.
Curing Instructions:
- Flash: Flash at 220°F (104°C) for 3 – 5 seconds.
- Semi Cure: Gel cure at 250°F (121°C) – 280°F (138°C).
- Transfer Application: Apply transfers at 330°F (165°C) – 350°F (177°C) for 15 seconds.
Clean-Up & Storage:
- Clean-Up: Use OPTIWASH 125 – Ink Remover for efficient cleanup.
- Storage: Store between 65-90°F (18-32°C), avoiding direct sunlight. For optimal performance, use within one year of the manufacturing date.

- CPSIA Compliance: Fully compliant with the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) 2008 standards, including:
- Section 101: Lead Content in substrates (<300 ppm lead)
- Section 108: Phthalates (<0.1% DBP, DEHP)
