The Saati Grafic PU Emulsion is a blue pure photopolymer emulsion designed specifically for general graphic printing. This high-performance emulsion is formulated to deliver exceptional print definition, making it suitable for a wide range of graphic printing applications. With its high solids content and medium viscosity, Grafic PU ensures precise and consistent results on any mesh, allowing for detailed and accurate prints.
One of the key advantages of Grafic PU is its resistance to UV-cured, plastisol, and solvent-based inks. Additionally, it becomes water-resistant when post-exposed, further enhancing its durability and making it suitable for a variety of challenging printing environments. The emulsion’s rapid exposure time—four times faster than traditional diazo or dual-cure emulsions—helps to streamline production, reducing the time needed for screen preparation.
Grafic PU Emulsion is presensitized during production, so there’s no need for mixing, making it easy to use straight out of the container. It’s also easy to reclaim, ensuring a hassle-free cleanup process after printing.

Directions for Use:
Handling:
- Handle under yellow safelight or low wattage tungsten lights.
- Avoid exposure to daylight, quartz/halogen lamps, cool white fluorescent lamps, or discharge lamps.
Sensitizing & Mixing:
- The emulsion is presensitized during production and does not require mixing, making it ready to use directly from the container.
Storage:
- When sealed in the original container and stored in cool conditions, Grafic PU Emulsion will maintain its original properties for one year from the date of production.
