Sport Plastisol Ink Series Total Ink Solutions® SPORT Series is a phthalate free plastisol ink that has a high opacity and EXTRA bleed resistant Stretch formulation to go along with our low cure creamy ink formulation to make this the ultimate choice when dealing with highly pigmented apparel that are prone to bleeding. This ink is our NEWEST formulation and we are excited for you to start using it in your shop! Features: Vibrant colors. Creamy Inks. High Opacity EXTRA Bleed Resistant. Soft hand prints. LOW CURE Short flash times. Stock Use: 100% Cotton 50% Cotton / 50% Polyester 40% Cotton / 60% Polyester Details: Designed for single and multiple color jobs, with a print flash print on up to a 40% Cotton / 60% Polyester substrate. You can use this product on a range of substrate colors ranging from light to darks with the same effect and high opacity. For the best color output, it is suggested to use a white base on dark. For multiple colors and printing on dark garments, use an under base white such as our SPORT White. Curing Instructions: Flash at 230°F (110°C) for 3 - 5 seconds and cure at 290°F (143°C) – 300°F (149°C). Clean Up: OPTIWASH 125 – Ink Remover Storage Information: Store at 65-90°F (18-32°C), avoiding direct sunlight. Best Use within one year of manufacturing date.
