The Vastex Washout Booth is a professional-grade solution for reclaiming screens in the screen printing process. Constructed from durable stainless steel and featuring a frosted acrylic back panel, this washout booth provides a clean and well-lit environment for effectively cleaning and reclaiming screens.
Equipped with squeegee shelves measuring 3 inches wide, as well as a screen standoff, the washout booth accommodates screens of various sizes, offering flexibility and convenience in screen reclamation. The booth comes in two models:
- Model VWB-3627: This model fits screens up to 25 inches by 36 inches. It has dimensions of 36 inches in width and 27 inches in depth, making it suitable for smaller screen printing operations or limited workspace.
- Model VWB-5127: Designed for larger screen sizes, this model can accommodate one 47-inch by 31-inch screen or two 25-inch by 36-inch screens simultaneously. With dimensions of 51 inches in width and 27 inches in depth, it offers increased capacity for high-volume screen reclamation tasks.
Additionally, the washout booth can be equipped with an optional Light Kit for improved visibility during the screen cleaning process. The Light Kit illuminates the translucent acrylic back panel, enhancing visual inspection of the screen surface being reclaimed. It is available in two variants:
- Model VWB-LK2: Suitable for booth chambers measuring up to 4 feet wide, with dimensions of 24 by 2 inches.
- Model VWB-LK4: Designed for booth chambers measuring 4 feet or wider, with dimensions of 48 by 4 inches.
Both Light Kit variants feature IP65-rated components, ensuring dust- and water-tight operation. Mounting brackets are supplied for easy installation, and the Light Kit can be retrofitted to existing Vastex washout booths as well as certain other makes.
