However, once your order has been shipped, the delivery timeframe is in the hands of the carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other transport services).

While we take every measure to ensure timely fulfillment of your order, we cannot guarantee delivery dates once your order is with the carrier. Delays due to carrier performance—including but not limited to weather conditions, logistical issues, or high-volume seasons—are beyond our control.

If you require special attention or need to guarantee delivery on a specific date, please contact us directly by phone or email before placing your order. Additional charges may apply for such requests, and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
4. Shipping Charges
Please note that we do not reimburse shipping charges for delays incurred due to carrier performance.
5. Assistance with Tracking
Although we are not responsible for carrier delays, we are here to help! If you experience any issues with your shipment or need assistance tracking your order, please reach out to our customer service team. We will do our best to help resolve any issues and speed up the process whenever possible.
6. When Is a Package Considered Delivered?

Delivery Definition
- Residential Orders: An order is considered “delivered” once the package has been delivered to the correct address provided during checkout and left at the doorstep or other typical delivery location.
- Commercial Orders: For commercial addresses, “delivery” is deemed to have occurred once the package is delivered to the place of business (e.g., lobby, mailroom, or reception).

Signature Requirements
- If the delivery terms require a signature, the package is considered delivered upon hand-to-hand transfer from the carrier to the recipient. Until then, the Seller (Total Ink Solutions) retains responsibility.
7. What if My Package Goes Missing?
If You suspect that Your delivered package is missing or stolen, please follow these steps:

- Confirm the delivery method and any specific location where the package may have been left (e.g., back porch, neighbor’s address).
- If You purchased shipping insurance, inquire about filing a claim with the carrier.

File a Police Report
- Filing a report helps demonstrate that the package’s disappearance was not Your fault.
- Providing a police report can also assist with insurance or credit card claims and may discourage further theft in Your area.

Contact Your Credit Card Company
- Some credit cards offer purchase insurance or extended protection.
- With the police report, You may be able to file a claim for reimbursement.

- Provide Your order number, police report, and any other pertinent information about the shipment.
- At Our discretion, We may offer a discount or replacement. This is not guaranteed and is reviewed case-by-case by Total Ink Solutions Management.
8. What if My Package Is Damaged?

Damaged Shipment
- If Your package arrives damaged, please contact Total Ink Solutions immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier to address the damage.

Replacements
- For ink, consumable supplies, or vinyl: We will re-ship Your order after confirming the damage claim.
- For equipment: Damage claims and any subsequent resolutions will be handled directly by the equipment manufacturer. We can assist in coordinating the claim, but final arrangements typically come from the manufacturer.
9. Free Shipping Policy

Eligibility Criteria
- Orders of $200 or more of eligible items qualify for FREE Ground Shipping within the contiguous United States.
- Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii do not qualify for free shipping.
- Certain product categories (e.g., equipment, kits, packages) are excluded from free shipping.
10. Shipment Cutoff Time
- Same-Day Shipping: In-stock items ordered before 3:00 PM EST typically ship out the same day.
- Exceptions: Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends/holidays will generally ship the next business day.
