Technical Overview

DTF Film Rolls (also known as DTF PreTreat Film) are made from specially coated PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) designed for optimal ink adhesion and release performance.

This film is suitable for a wide range of textiles including:

How to Use DTF Film

1. Print your design onto the DTF film using DTF or DTG ink

2. Apply DTF adhesive powder evenly

3. Cure the powder

4. Heat press onto garment at 315°F for 15 seconds

5. Perform instant HOT peel

6. Recommended: Quick second press for 5–10 seconds for durability
