Printing & Application Instructions

Printing Process:

1. Print the Design: Use a DTF printer to print on the matte-coated side of the film.
2. Apply DTF Adhesive Powder: Coat the wet ink side with DTF hot melt powder.
3. Cure the Powder: Heat in a curing oven or heat press at 260°F - 285°F for 2-3 minutes until the powder melts and bonds.

Heat Transfer Application:

1. Preheat Garment: Press fabric for 5 seconds to remove moisture.
2. Position the Transfer: Place the DTF film face down on the garment.
3. Press the Design:
   • Temperature: 315°F
   • Time: 15 seconds
   • Pressure: Medium
