The Image Armor Capping Solution is specifically formulated to help maintain and protect the internal ink system components of DTG (Direct-to-Garment) and DTF (Direct-to-Film) printers. Designed to prevent ink from drying and clogging in and around the capping station, this essential maintenance fluid keeps your printheads in top condition, extending their lifespan and minimizing downtime due to head cleaning or part replacements.

This 1-liter bottle is ideal for print shops running frequent or daily production, offering long-term use and consistent maintenance for your printer’s wet cap system. It works with most DTG and DTF printers that use water-based pigment inks.

How to Use:

1. Wet Cap Maintenance:

   • Power off your printer or place it in maintenance mode.

   • Apply the capping solution to the sponge pad in the capping station using a dropper or syringe.

   • Ensure the sponge is moist but not overflowing.

   • Close the printhead over the capping station to keep it moist during non-use (overnight or longer downtimes).

2. Wiper Blade Cleaning:

   • Dampen a lint-free cloth or foam swab with the solution.

   • Gently wipe the wiper blade to remove dried ink buildup.

3. Spit Station Refresh:

   • Lightly saturate the sponge or foam pad in the spit station area as needed to keep it moist and functional.

Storage Instructions:

• Store tightly sealed in its original container.

• Keep in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight.

• Recommended storage temperature: 60°F – 77°F (15°C – 25°C).

• Do not allow the solution to freeze.

• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
