Foil Adhesive Plastisol Base

Total Ink Solutions® Foil Adhesive is a clear, high-quality adhesive designed for creating brilliant metallic foil designs on textiles. This adhesive provides strong adhesion to both light and dark fabrics, ensuring crisp, vibrant foil transfers. It can be applied directly onto the fabric or onto the foil as a conventional transfer, offering versatile application methods for textile decoration.

Application Instructions:

1. Printing:

   • Use a 60-110 mesh screen for optimal adhesive deposit.
   • Ensure even coverage for maximum foil adhesion.

2. Curing:

   • Flash dry at 200°F - 220°F (93°C - 105°C) for 3-5 seconds.
   • Fully cure at 300°F - 320°F (149°C - 160°C) for 60 seconds.

3. Foil Transfer Process:

   • Place foil over the adhesive design after it has fully cured.
   • Press at 325°F (163°C) for 10-15 seconds using medium pressure.
   • Let cool completely before peeling the foil for best results.

4. Post-Application:

   • Wash garments inside-out on a cold cycle.
   • Avoid fabric softeners and high-heat drying.
