We provide professional technical support for diagnosing issues, troubleshooting errors, and performing maintenance on Roland equipment. Choose between on-site service for hands-on repairs or a remote video call consultation for quick troubleshooting assistance.
1. On-Site Service – Available Within 50 Miles of Hackensack, NJ (07601)
✔ 3-Hour Minimum Charge – Required upfront to book a service request.
✔ Service Begins – Time starts when the technician leaves our Hackensack, NJ facility.
✔ Additional Time – $175 per hour, Not including travel time.
✔ Travel Surcharge – Additional fees apply for service locations beyond 50 miles.

2. Video Call Support – Remote Troubleshooting & Assistance
If an on-site visit isn’t required, our remote support provides real-time guidance for troubleshooting and maintaining Roland equipment.
✔ $75 per 30-minute session
✔ Available via Zoom, FaceTime, or Microsoft Teams
✔ Payment required before the session begins
