How to Use – Application & Curing Instructions

1. Screen Printing Setup:
   • Use a 86 mesh screens for optimal ink flow and shimmer effect.
   • Print with two hits per color for maximum opacity and reflectivity.
2. Flashing & Curing:
   • Flash at 220°F (105°C) for 3-5 seconds.
   • Cure at 280-300°F (137-148°C) for full adhesion and durability.
   • The metallic finish may reflect heat, so test curing times for best results.

Clean-Up & Storage

• Recommended Cleaner: Use OPTIWASH 125 – Ink Remover for easy clean-up.
• Storage Conditions: Store at 65-90°F (18-32°C) in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
